Our responsive repairs division provides a quick, efficient and complete repair service for small unplanned works.

We have expertise in a wide variety of trades with over 50 years of experience in property related services and our team of tradesmen are all qualified and highly experienced which enables us work within trading areas and will always try to minimise any disruption.

Our objective is to complete repairs within one visit to ensure the cost is minimal and our clients continue to use our service.

Health and safety is of paramount importance to the company and we have invested in our staff to ensure we minimise all risks to our employees, clients and the general public.

As members of some of the most stringent assessors of our Health & Safety methods and as such our development of an internal training plan has enabled Gardhams to be affiliated to:

having demonstrated compliance with the health & safety standards and awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015.

    Back in 2016 Gardhams increased its public liability insurance cover to £10 million. Nowadays, this is the norm, to ensure our clients are satisfied we can protect our projects by having the necessary cover. The Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance are both now set at £10 million.

    We are happy to report that we have received our certificate of Health & Safety Accreditation under the SSIP (Safety Schemes In Procurement). This certifies that we have achieved the standards in health & safety competence required by Stage 1 of Appendix 4 of the Approved Code of Practice to the Construction (Design & Management).
